Visit Hahndorf, originally settled by German immigrants in 1839, or visit Mt Lofty for a spectacular view of Adelaide and its surrounds.

If the beach is your passion, then head off to Glenelg; simply take the tram from Adelaide down to the beach. Jetty Rd, which leads down to the beach, is a great location for a stroll, people watching and on the weekend is a hub for street markets, adventure activities and entertainers.
